A fabulous place to stay. Close to shops and beaches. Lovely to sit on the balconies and watch the boats on the canal. A great sized apartment with a useful kitchen and good sized bathrooms. The view from the main bedroom is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Had a two week stay in May whilst my house was being renovated. Fabulous spot, great views and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Comfortable beds, peaceful views and very quiet surrounds. Just a short walk to Surfers Central. Recommend highly.

Nicki was very welcoming at check in. The room was beautiful neat and tidy. Nice peaceful location but still within walking distance from the beach and Cavill ave. Absolutely amazing views of the river.

Location is the best. Its closed to the beach and shops. And if the weather is bad like rain we can always swim in tge fabulous pool and spas.the view from our balcony was amazing. We definitely will be back when holidaying in Gold coast.

Very clean, modern and spacious 2 bed rooms apartment with fully equipped kitchen and funitures. There is a aircondition in living room, fans in bed rooms. Providing free car parking, washing machine and dryer. Just a short walk to Surfers Paradise beach and shopping place yet a very quiet location next to the river. So the view is stunning. Receptionist Nicki is very polite and friendly too. Truely enjoyed to stay in this apartment. I booked from booking.com with very resonable price, really worth with the price we pay. Nothing to complaint about this property. We’ll stay here whenever visit to Gold Coast.

“Located close to surfers paradise and Caville Avenue. This is a bonus as parking in surfers paradise is very expensive and mainly in big car parks. We were able to walk to shopping precinct and beaches .we would certainly stay there again”

Very nice clean and modern apartment, Beautiful views, very quiet at night. Close to everything, Bathroom very clean and modern. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Overall recommend staying there. Reception very friendly and helpful also. Never found the pool, but forgot to ask.

Great apartment, clean well equiped. Great views, handy to shops. Staff are extremely helpful. Spectrum has all amenities for family stays. Budds beach is a lovely area lots of activity on the river. A cafe a few meters from the apartments.

We are so glad that we found these apartments! We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was breathtaking, the apartments are spacious and although they are a little dated the rooms are very homely and well equipped with everything you need on a holiday! Located in walking distance to everything in surfers, we won’t go past these apartments next time we visit the Gold Coast. Under ground parking is another convenience and the reception staff are lovely, Thankyou!

Property Clean Units good size. pool and sauna and other facilities looked after. plenty of applinces in Kitchen Staff were very helpful at all times. Units were clean. most of all we got what was advertised.

Certainly a very serene spot overlooking the river. I asked for a low floor in preference to a high floor . Room was spacious and very clean, Walking distance to supermarket and shops but far away from the noisy centre of Surfers Paradise. Was able to walk to the surf beach and esplanade. Would recommend for travellers who enjoy getting a good nights sleep as this hotel was very quiet.

“Our stay here was a fantastic experience. The location of the apartments are so convenient, and we were very pleased to discover they are in easy walking distance to beach, shopping, and transport. Our apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, and had all the comforts of home. A great surprise to us was the affordable meals and drinks in some of the pubs and clubs around the main street and such a variety to choose from. The manager at the resort was a very pleasant and helpful man and gave us great advise us on the tours and local attractions. I would thoroughly recommend these apartments and we hope to return in the future.”
