Is Spectrum Holiday Apartments a good family accommodation in Surfers Paradise?

The two bedroom apartments are spacious for families and can accommodate up to five guests, we also have a great pool, spa, ½ court tennis and sauna area. Life Saver patrolled beach within 7 minutes’ walk, a good variety of shopping and restaurants with 5 minutes’ walk.

Any amenities provided?

Each apartment has an initial supply of toiletries and consumables. Additional supplies can be purchased from Reception or from the local supermarket..

What is the difference between the standard, superior and deluxe apartments?

Most of the apartments have been renovated with the deluxe being the most recent, therefore they have slightly more modern furniture, fixtures and fittings.

How many people can fit in a 2 bedroom apartment?

The two bedroom apartment rate is to accommodate 4 guests utilising a queen bed and 2 x single beds, we can accommodate a 5th person on a rollaway bed for just $30.00 extra per night based on a 3 nights or longer stay

How often are the apartments serviced?

Included in our accommodation packages you are offered a free of charge housekeeping service which is normally conducted on the seventh day for guests staying more than nine days. The service will include fresh towels and bed linen. If you wish to increase the frequency of your house keeping service, or receive one for your short stay, simply contact reception to ensure that it’s added to your bookings for a fee of $49.50 per clean.

Do you offer free and ample car parking space?

Yes, we have a secure undercover parking space for one vehicle per apartment for our guests. Height limit for vehicle is 1900mm

Is it possible to store luggage with reception?

Yes, when checking out you may store your luggage in our secure lockup during reception hours or later by arrangement with management.

Is it possible to check in once the reception has closed? If yes, then how?

To gain entry to the complex come to the front door of the building, this is on River Drive. On arrival please use your phone to call 55702400 when prompted use the late check in option. The operator will give you a code to access the safe located adjacent to the front doors, which will contain a named envelope with keys and instructions on how to locate your apartment and park your car. Please ensure you come down to reception the following morning to register with us.

Do I have to pay a bond?

If you don’t have a credit card on check in then a $300 cash bond is required

Do the apartments have views?

Yes – all of our apartments have beautiful views to the hinterland and the river. Some even have sea views!

Is a late checkout available?

This may be arranged if there is no guest due to go into the apartment on the day you depart. Contact Reception to ensure that a late checkout is possible.
