We have been regular visitors at Spectrum Apartments for the last 3 years - and twice a year if possible. For an older style apartment building the rooms are very well maintained, clean and well appointed - as are the facilities! The views of Budds Beach and Surfers are also very good! The new management - Michelle and Russell are extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and accomodating!

We stayed 20-28 May 2008 - What a wonderful place to stay - clean, comfortable, central, quiet, and everything we needed, plus really good security in/out of the bldg. Amazing views - we will be back for sure.

Pleasantly surprised; the deluxe room was the best appointed apartment we have every stayed at.
Please pass on our compliments to the owner. This apartment would have to be in the best location at Surfers Paradise.

Great place to stay, for an older property clean well appointed rooms, well run with great views and only mins walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise. Highly recommended.
